Olaxes was shot dead on May 06, 2023 at Kyanja, Nakawa Division, in Kampala. It has emerged that Isma Olaxes killer pistol is the same that was used to shoot Pr Bugingo on Tuesday night.
Pr Bugingo was attacked at around 9pm at Buwalakata road, Namungoona, Lubaga Division, in Kampala.
