Addressing the congregation, Ms. Nabbanja also confirmed President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s pledge of Shs300 million for the same church project, assuring that it would be fulfilled soon despite logistical challenges.
“This contribution aims to enhance healthcare services for women and children in Hoima Catholic Diocese, complementing the existing facilities,” she emphasized.
