Luwero District | THE BLACK EXAMINER | Luwero Police are actively pursuing suspects in a tragic case involving the killing of a child and the disappearance of her torso, suspected to be a ritual murder.

The gruesome incident took place at Kikyusa Modern Day and Boarding Primary School in Wankanya village, where a teacher discovered the decomposing head of a toddler in the school garden.

Upon receiving the information, Mr. Samuel Nkwanga, the LC 1 Chairperson of Wankanya village, promptly alerted the Police. Subsequent investigations led to the recovery of the head, hands, and clothes of a child believed to be around two years old.

Nkwanga noted the challenge of identifying the victim, as no missing child had been reported in the area or at the school.

Luwero District Police Commander, John Ojokuna, confirmed that the recovered remains were sent to Mulago Hospital mortuary for further examination as part of the ongoing investigations.
