President Ruto outlined immediate plans to engage in broad consultations across various sectors and political entities to establish a streamlined, cost-effective, and efficient government structure. He pledged to form a new team focused on rapid implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at addressing national debt, enhancing domestic revenue, creating employment opportunities, eliminating bureaucratic redundancies, and combating corruption head-on.
